Return Policy


We take great pride in the quality of the products we sell and we stand behind them. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason at any time, please send an email to info@onpaper.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Many items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the sales receipt or credit card information used to make the purchase. Items must be in working condition and unopened in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. 

Final Sale items that do not qualify for our refund policy include:

  • paper (card stock, envelopes, posters/maps and frame kits, gift wrap)
  • fountain pens (if inked or the cartridge is missing or open)
  • pencils with used erasers
  • typewriters
  • antiques
  • personalized products (stationery, custom wax seals, embossers, self-inking stamps, etc.).


We are happy to answer questions about fountain pens, typewriters and antiques if we can. But we do not service these items whether they were bought in our store or not. On Paper reserves the right to deny refund(s) or exchange requests if the product is deemed used or opened.

If purchased online, please send the item back to us at 743 N High St, Columbus, Ohio 43215, and include your name and the web order number. Upon reception, your card will be refunded less the original shipping amount.
